This was the best place that we ever traveled. The hospitality was incredible. Everyone was unbelievably nice and willing to help with whatever requests we had. The team upgraded us to the nicest suite with private pool and sea view. Truly an unforgettable experience, and we are already planning on coming back.
Wonderful stay at one of the best hotels for a romantic getaway any couple would ask for. The view of the Caldera was out of a postcard and it was no beautiful and peaceful being there. The food also top notch, we will never forget dining at the sea with that amazing view.

Upon making a reservation with us here at Meraki, you agree to our standard cancellation policy.
In order to avoid a cancellation charge of one night accommodation, per room, you must contact
us at before 3pm local time, 72 hours prior to your day of arrival. This policy is valid throughout
the reserved stay and applicable to early departures.
A late cancellation will result in a fee of the first night’s accommodation, unless otherwise
specified.
Reservations that are required to be paid by method other than the credit card registered in the
guest name, are to be prepaid in full, one day before reserved arrival. Payment may be processed via
credit card or bank transfer.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. local time.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon local time.
Our home is non-smoking in all areas. Breach of this policy entitles the property to charge the
guest card at the additional value of that night’s accomodation.
